Socal riding is a blast. It is all its cracked up to be. Tracks are dry and hard, and they get preped pretty good. Ill have pics and more stuff soon. later on One day in March 2006 We rode at a place we call the sand pit. We ended up seeing Ryan Hughs, Josh Grant, Jake weimer, yamaha of troy and some other fast guys. It was cool riding with them. This place is all sand and whooped out all the way around. March 11, 2006 Today we worked on a dairy. My uncles own one, so Alex and I went to help. After all, we are staying here at no charge thanks to uncle Jerome. Oh yeah I also saw a cow give birth. Enough said. Ill have pics and more riding info soon. sorry for the delay. Not like you care. March 13, 2006 Another day in the sand pit. We rode in the sand today. Jake Weimer and Tommy Hann were there ripping it up. I learn a lot just watching them guys ride. When they pass me I try to hang with them as long as I can. The track is exhausting, but it is a good track for training. Pics coming soon I promise. Kyle 371, you better get scared. Haha. Later on. March 14, 2006 Today we rode at competitive edge. The track was dope. It is a mix of Berthud and Cooperland if you have been at either of those tracks. Billy Laninovich was there tearin it up. We got in some good motos and I felt great. next we go to Glen Helen on Thursday. later on March 16, 2006 Today we rode at Glen Helen. Oh yeah. We finally got to ride a short version of Glen Helen National track. Ryan Villopoto was there testing and he was flying. The track got pretty rough towards the end of the day. The spodes began to show up right at the end as well, so we packed up after 4 motos and headed back to Norco. Tomorrow, Race Town 395. later on. Mach 17, 2006 Back to race town. The track was better today. We only rode a couple of motos since it started to rain and the track got slick. That and we struggled trying to pass some quad riders. haha. We are scheduled to go to Glen Helen again tomorrow but after the rain we might go to the sand pit if the GH is closed. we'll see. later on March 18, 2006 Today we had a change of plans. Glen Helen was muddy so we went to the sand pit. It was treacherous. Every weekend warrior was out there and it got sketchy. We rode a few motos and loaded up. Tomorrow we are going back to Competitive edge. later on. March 19, 2006 Comp. Edge was awesome today. The track was rough and tacky. There was a lot of people riding but it was still good. The weather was cool and windy. I hope it warms up back to normal. No plans for tomorrow yet but we will think of something. later on. Mach 24, 2006 Today we rode at racetown 395 again. The track was good and the weather was perfect. See for yourself and check out the pics. Later on Here are some pics. Kyle's gettin scared. We are back home in Bismarck and ready to start racing. Special thanks to Dave Dixon, Bobby Keterling, and Jerome, AKA Jermal for giving us a place to crash. |
